With a view to promoting transparency in commercial practices and safeguarding the legitimate interests of consumers, exchanges and returns comply with the laws in force, namely Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, in its most recent version, containing the amendments introduced by the entry into force of Decree-Law No. 109-G/2021, of December 10.
The customer may exchange or return items purchased in the online store. The deadline for exchanges and returns is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order at your home, and you must contactwww.saboramundo.pt, being mandatory to have the order details on hand.
The items to be exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, complete, and properly packaged in the original packaging. The consumer is responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of that good.

1. The shipping costs for the return or exchange are entirely the responsibility of the buyer, as provided in article 13, paragraph 2 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

2. Receipt of defective/damaged or exchanged items.

3. 3. Right of Free Resolution
In compliance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 regulating distance contracts, with a view to promoting transparency in commercial practices and safeguarding the legitimate interests of consumers, www.saboramundo.pt informs the following:
- The customer has the right to freely resolve his contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason;
- The deadline for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days after the day following the day on which he acquires physical possession of the goods.
- In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must communicate your decision to resolve the contract through an unequivocal statement, which must contain the following information:
- Identification of the recipient (if your communication is by letter);
- Identification of the sender – Name and Address
- Date (if your communication is by letter);
- Online Order number and date;
- Invoice-Receipt number;
- Reference and quantity of items to be returned;
- Signature (if your communication is by letter).

In order for the deadline for free resolution to be respected, it is sufficient for your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution to be sent before the end of the resolution period.

4. Effects of Free Resolution
In case of resolution of the contract, all payments made will be refunded to you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to resolve the contract. .
We make these refunds using the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that you do not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the free resolution of the contract. The deadline is considered met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Therefore, regarding the goods to be returned, you should take into account the following:
- The product has not been used or altered.
- The product maintains its original characteristics and the packaging is not completely damaged.
- The product is complete and properly packaged in the original packaging (if the article consists of more than one piece, all pieces must be returned).
